Bissap Bold is a tart, ruby-red West African hibiscus drink brewed with hibiscus (roselle), cloves, cinnamon, and ginger, then lightly sweetened with honey. It is bold, refreshing, gently spiced, and made fresh in Miami.

This traditional hibiscus drink is also known around the world as Sorrel, Zobo, Karkadé, and Agua de Jamaica. The name changes by region, but hibiscus remains at the center.
