At A Fruitful Place, we take pride in the quality of our dried fruits and our commitment to customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products being consumable, and made-to-order all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns.

1. In the rare event of receiving damaged goods or an incorrect order, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange for your purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, customers must provide visual evidence (such as photographs) of the issue within a set timeframe from the date of receipt.
2. Should a refund or exchange be authorized, we will handle all associated shipping costs for the replacement items. Customers are not required to return the original items in cases of damage or incorrect orders.
