Throughout her career, Hannah's expertise in fruit preservation shone at renowned establishments such as the Eden Roc Hotel and Fisher Island Club in South Miami. Her creations, including fruit jams, chutneys, and dried fruits, adorned breakfast buffets and enhanced cheese platters, showcasing her talent and passion.
